RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Product Returns: You may return any Product purchased from the Store on The Practical Path Web site within 90 days of delivery for a full product refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping and handling fees, including a U.S. duty surcharge, if applicable. Product Returns will be refunded in the form that the original payment was received.

Service Refunds: All Services purchased through The Practical Path are non-refundable. e-Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Partial refunds on Service Packages are not accepted.
Class Refunds: Classes purchased through The Practical Path are refundable minus an administration fee, via email or phone request, up to the scheduled first Class meeting date only. Refunds on Classes after the scheduled first Class meeting date are not accepted. Payments are transferable to Classes, Services or Products offered by The Practical Path. If a class is cancelled by The Practical Path prior to the scheduled first Class meeting date, payments will be refunded in full. Class Refunds will be refunded in the form that the original payment was received.
