The Terms of Use Policy, Refunds & Returns Policy and the Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Policies”) contain important information The Practical Path needs to share with you and for your to understand. The Policies, along with policies and guidelines located throughout the Website identify what users of the Website can expect from The Practical Path and what it expects from users. BY ACCESSING ANY AREAS OF THE WEBSITE, USERS ARE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE POLICIES AND OTHER POLICIES AND GUIDELINES IDENTIFIED THROUGHOUT THE WEBSITE.
SESSION REFUNDS:
All sessions purchased from The Practical Path for the services of Wendie Colter, including Medical Intuitive Sessions, require a minimum of 24-hour advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Notification of cancellation or rescheduling must be made through the links in the confirmation email, or by written notice to info@thepracticalpath.com.
New clients: If no Client Agreement & Disclosure Statement is received 24 hours prior to the session date/time, session will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
A :30 minute session is considered a “no show” if the client calls at 10 minutes or more past the scheduled session time. A :60 minute session is considered a “no show” if the client calls at 15 minutes or more past the scheduled session time.
The full session fee will be charged for any missed, cancelled or “no show” appointments without such required notification.
E-Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
CLASS REFUNDS (In-Person/Live Online programs):
Medical Intuitive Training Level 1 and Level 2
Tuition purchased through The Practical Path is refundable minus a $150 administration fee, upon email or phone request, up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled first class meeting date listed.
Refunds after the scheduled first class meeting date are not accepted.
No refunds or credits will be given to "no shows."
Unused tuition payments are transferable in full to classes or services offered by The Practical Path at the current rates available at the time of transfer.
Master Classes
Individual class tuition purchased through The Practical Path is refundable minus a $50 administration fee, upon email or phone request, up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled first class meeting date.
No refunds or credits will be given to "no shows."
Unused tuition payments are transferable in full to classes or services offered by The Practical Path at the current rates available at the time of transfer.
Healing with Crystals & Gemstones Workshop
Tuition purchased through The Practical Path is non-refundable.
Tuition payments are transferrable to any classes or services offered by The Practical Path at the current rates available at the time of transfer.
CLASS CANCELLATION:
The Practical Path reserves the right to cancel a program or class for any reason, at any time.
Tuition payments made for any classes canceled by The Practical Path will be refunded in full.
The Practical Path is unable to refund any travel costs (flight, hotel, etc.) in the case of a cancellation.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT:
This document represents the entire understanding between user and The Practical Path regarding the Terms of Use Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, and supersedes any prior statements or representations. When using the Website or making any purchase from The Practical Path, USER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE POLICIES.
MODIFICATION:
The Practical Path reserves the right to make changes to the Website and the Policies at any time without notice. The Returns & Refunds Policy was last revised on February 12, 2024.
